The reason people say Democrats are for post birth abortion is because they voted to prevent the born alive Survivors act and their own statements such as this one from Democrat Governor Ralph Northram:

"If a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen. The infant would be delivered, the infant would be kept comfortable, the infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired. And then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother."

He said that the newborn aborted baby would only get care if the mother wanted it.  Sorry, Jack, that newborn baby is entitled to immediate necessary medical care.  Letting newborns die without getting them help, that's why people KNOW Democrats are pro-baby killing.
