Once again, you are almost on the right track.   Intelligent or du-mb people exist within every race, but the problem for some dysfunctional ethnicities is, that the proportions of very low IQ, low IQ, average IQ, high IQ, and gifted IQ, differ from race to race.     In addition, the fact that different races have different physical abilities is evidenced in sport.   Some races make exceptional runners but do not even bother competing at the Olympic level in swimming events.      People with white skin are better adapted to living in cold environments, people with brown skin are better adapted to live in Mediterranean type environments, and people with black skin better adapted to live in very hot and sunny open savannas.     Then there is the differences in personality which is usually linked to IQ.      Some races are much more violent than others because they are better adapted to live in dangerous environments where food resources can be scarce.       In such a scenario, the most warlike tribes will expel the lest warlike tribes from prime habitats.  People with low IQ are usually very violent people.   Conversely, high IQ people are not noted for being violent people.

 Once again, Fred, you are on the right track.     Intelligence is measurable and accurate.  If it was not, the military, academia, and industry would not use IQ tests to weed out unsuitable candidates.   I do not know how cognitive metricians measure overall intelligence, since I am not a cognitive metrician, and IQ’s can be a spectrum.    People can have high or low social IQ’s, high or low musical IQ’s, high or low mathematical IQ’s, high or low literary IQ’s, and high or low athletic IQ’s.     Some people with high IQ’s in one area have low IQ’s in another.     Example, J. Robert Oppenheimer was a brilliant mathematician, but he was socially naïve and apparently frightened of pretty girls.      The secretaries at Los Alamos had a lot of fun with Oppenheimer.

Biden got 12 million more votes than Obama and at least as many more than Harris.  So maybe you have a point.  Racist Democrats voted for Joe Biden but sat out for Obama and Harris.  

Any policy that favors or discriminates against someone due to their race in admissions, hiring, promotions, bonuses, influence, benefits, scholarships, grants, or awarding contracts is a racist policy. Any policy that claims you can know someone's intentions, implicit biases, guilt, oppressor/victim status, privileges, value, or fragility based solely on their race is a racist policy. DEI and affirmative action are racist policies.  I know some will argue that their racism is good, and even holy racism, but its just ugly old racism, and racism is wrong. You know that I think the value of a person comes from within them.  That's an Aristotelian notion that the value of a thing arises from the thing itself.  From a religious perspective I believe people are made in the image of God and therefore all have value.  

I don't believe that race determines ones outcome.  I recognize that one's choices, chance, and chromosomes play a part.  Americans are taller, on average, than Asians.  That may be chromosomal or diet related.  Asians do better academically in the US than whites, well and every other racial group.  That is more about choices, as Asian students, on average, study for twice the average time a day as whites, and 4 times the average amount of Blacks.  Where someone starts in life is not their fault.  Appalachian American children and some urban kids are poorer on average than others - their environment, higher drug use, and higher rates of single parent homes contribute to this.  

But unlike leftists, I don't think a person is entitled to preferential treatment nor to be discriminated against.  because of their skin color.  Instead I think we can help lift people of all races up, without tearing others down.  just sayin

Just because I don't support racist policies that many leftists support, does not mean that I don't want to see minorities succeed.  I just don't think it is just to help someone of one race succeed while discriminating against someone else.  For example, when racist Harvard lost its Supreme Court case for discriminating against Asian students in admissions, by Harvard's own admission, 1/2 of all Asian students rejected had higher SAT scores and GPA averages than the average scores for Black students accepted.  Harvard's records showed that Asian students had to score 120 points higher on their SAT to be given the same consideration as a Black student.  That's racism.  Now, I'm sure that some will argue that their racism is well intentioned - they want more Black students at elite schools, yet it is definitely racism because it kept qualified Asian students out who were more qualified than some Black students who got in.
