Disney: Too Big to Be Bought?

Don't expect Disney to be bought out, but continued rumors could help support its stock.

I will debate that Disney is not a good acquisition target. It's too big and has great sustainable culture of innovation that would be at risk if bought.

As @joecavalry said, disney still has good appreciation potential.  Look at market gaps of the tech companies for example continued to expand.

Why they dont create a new campany?
They can continue to look to expand their brand and leverage their core assets.  Not sure what value creating a new company will give them?
