Disney: Too Big to Be Bought?

I will debate that Disney is not a good acquisition target. It's too big and has great sustainable culture of innovation that would be at risk if bought.

Why they dont create a new campany?
They can continue to look to expand their brand and leverage their core assets.  Not sure what value creating a new company will give them?
