If you make a lot of prophecies, then statistically some of them are bound to come true. This says nothing about the reason behind those claims, however; this is a simple consequence of probability theory. So no, I will not change my mind based on that.

There is too much evidence that the Bible is from God, but man chooses to look at the evidence and say it is from man. There is a prophecy in the Bible where it named the ruler who would defeat the world power, how he would do it, what year this will happen, and his orders after it would happen, all before he was born.
    That is too specific!

The Israelites were millenniums of years ahead on how to handle leprosy and disease.
Leviticus 13:4, 5 - "But if the affected area of the skin is only a white discoloration and does not appear to be more than skin-deep, and if the hair on the spot has not turned white, the priest will quarantine the person for seven days. On the seventh day the priest will make another examination. If he finds the affected area has not changed and the problem has not spread on the skin, the priest will quarantine the person for seven more days. "
Some of the procedures involving quarantine was not discovered until the 14th century.
This caused Israelites and Proselytes to have a longer life expectancy.

Names of rulers that was not discovered until 1888.
Daniel 5:22 - "You are his successor, O Belshazzar, and you knew all this, yet you have not humbled yourself."

Leviticus 11:6 - "the rabbit also, for though it chews cud, it does not divide the hoof, it is unclean to you;"
Though this was long attacked by critics, the rabbit’s cud chewing was finally observed by Englishman William Cowper in the 18th century.

    Jesus prophecy was amazing:
Luke 21:20,21 - "But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then recognize that her desolation is near. Then those who are in Judea must flee to the mountains, and those who are in the midst of the city must leave, and those who are in the country must not enter the city;"
In 66 C.E., Christians living in Jerusalem did see what Jesus had foretold. A series of incidents involving conflict between the Jews and Roman officials led to Jerusalem’s becoming a hotbed of rebellion against Rome. As a result, violence flared up throughout Judea, Samaria, Galilee, the Decapolis, and Phoenicia, north into Syria, and south into Egypt.
Suddenly and for no apparent reason, when it seemed that Jerusalem could be easily taken, the Roman army withdrew. The Jewish insurgents pursued the retreating Roman troops but only as far as Antipatris, some 30 miles [50 km] from Jerusalem.
This allowed Christians to follow Jesus admonition, and also how the Bible manuscripts were preserved.
The very next year, in 67 C.E., the Romans renewed war operations against the Jews. First, Galilee was subdued. The following year, Judea was dismembered. By 70 C.E., the Roman forces encircled Jerusalem itself. Lots of scrolls and documents were destroyed in the fire. This is why Jewish people do not have the complete lineage documents of every Jew.

    There are many more.
