We do not need cooked food but raw food contains bacteria which is harmful to humans

sooo you are saying fruits and grains and veggies are bad for us?@RS_master

No they are fine but meat (including fish) contain more omega 3 and protein than veggies and as said raw meat has bacteria. Meat contains fat  and you need fat in your life a bit.

most people can get these good fats from nuts and beans . what benefit does cooked food bring to the human race? as well, one must realize that "cooked" food is a polite word for burned food.  that is what heat and fire does; it burns. also, cooked food has absolutely no enzymes in it for the are destroyed at 120 degrees.

If it is burned at that temperature we still burn the harmful bacteria that can kill us or cause diseases.

true but there are no health benefits in it either, minerals and vitamins are all but ruined. I am not saying raw meat verses cooked mean; I am asking what benefits as a whole does cooked food provide the human race, not to mention a single individual.@RS_master

The positive are ruined but we want no negatives first.
You say.. Ok but positives are important.
I reply .. You can get infected by the bacteria so first get rid of bacteria. You cannot put toxins to do that as we will get killed too.

Well, humans do not "need" to cook to "survive", but the shift to a cooked-food diet was a decisive point in human history, we could not have developed our brain to its current size without cooking....

It's a question of energy efficiency, cooking your food allow a better calorie intake than raw food. The metabolic costs of a human-sized brain is huge, it is the third most energy-expensive organ in the human body, ranking below only skeletal muscle and the liver in terms of metabolic needs. The more neurons the brain has, the more energy it needs. If we ate an only-raw diet, to maintain the body size we humans possess, as well as the number of neurons our brains possess, people would have to eat for more than 9 hours per day and you can only spend so many hours of the day eating--there must be time to sleep, forage and procreate, too. This limits the amount of calories you can get per day, and it turns out this is directly related to how many neurons you can grow...

Some argue that cooking is what actually made us human, that this is what allowed homo erectus to evolve into modern human...
