Bisexualism exists because the participant has given them self over to the follow the aberrant lust of their heart and seeks to ingratiate their flesh as opposed to loving and trusting the God who create them and desires to commune with them for Eternity. Bisexualism is a choice of self-degradation, self-loathing, and rebellion to God's will.

There is forgiveness, peace, restoration, love and joy if one repents of their sin and turns to Jesus Christ as Lord (Romans 5:1).

Does bigotry exist? It is bigoted to call bisexuality a sin when it is not.
