With a caveat: marriages still have to be approved by the church system, which often refuses to do so on various religious grounds. Israeli society is still heavily religious and somewhat nationalistic, and people who do not follow Judaism and/or are not Jewish are often discriminated against in various ways.

Israel is still, by far, the most civilised country on the Middle East, and the only one in which you can, say, wave the LGBT flag in public and walk away unharmed - but it has a long way to go still.

Not reacting to the control of marriage…..as in basic idea that control is dictated by the witness and witnesses, which includes religious witnesses.

The link points out by video how a way to avoid a measure of law is taken to expose a consensus of witnesses all at one time. Like said the Binivir is only a means to identify clearly a partnership not the partnerships pursuit.

@YeshuaRedeemed ; There is no such entity as same-sex "marriage." Two-homosexuals or two-lesbians cannot become one-flesh as defined by our Creator in the Covenant of Marriage. Sex between same-sex individuals is not marriage, it's sexual perversion and sin against God's Covenant of Marriage. Unless the practicing homosexual - lesbian stops living in wilful sin and trusts in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sin, they will not see life in God's Kingdom.

In basic there is a taunt taking place. The issue is can to people of the same gender be witnessed in public as a partnership sharing all their belongings as to warrant a legal account of public witness. To affirm that the property can in fact be liquidated by law as the partnership may dissolve.

Meaning in a way that does not promote a complex had to prove crime like perjury, the answer is simple. Are two men seen as Binvir a partnership after living as room mates for over two years? Is this account sexually explicit to all witnesses including those under the age of legal consent?

Is UnosMulier a witness account of two woman who may be nothing more than roommates for over two years a legal account a witness can share publicly?

The length of taunt taking place in this matter is measured clearly by where and how it has been documented by humanity in general. The basic issue of marriage is it can be arranged by any two people man and woman and by right does not discriminate by age. Yes there is a legal same sex marriage that takes place. It occurs only when a medical official creates a pregnancy outside the female human body. It is a Basic principle that any or all religion can witness that couple be it man and man, man and woman, or woman and woman joined as a parent to that child by law. This the probable reason behind such a large criminal risk taking place set behind public perjury. There simply is not many reason a legal identification of partnership of two genders could not be resolved quickly privately in a society. The basic concept of Capitalism abolished it centuries ago.

Instead of permission or prohibition of same-sex marriages, I think the world only find this single way to control the population. In my opinion, it's a grand game where each country would allow same-sex marriage to control the population of this planet. I don't know how long this planet can bear this massive population where resources are almost dying. 

On the contrary, Israel could be a safe destination to raise LGBT flag in public and also witnessed the opposition of these same-sex marriages from religious orthodox because it is Jewish states and religion matters a lot.
