Who's holding whom back?

When it comes to judging any Religion, exactly what form of Science, are the anti Religious activists utilizing?

Their conceived form of Science?

Or the same form of Science, that helped humanity get to the moon?

Or the same Sciences, that helps some of humanity, administrator medical care to the ill patients, like cancer, as an example?

Or the same Sciences, that follows and studies, the weather patterns around the world?

So of the 3 examples of "Pure Science," which of these 3 forms of "Pure Science," are being used by the anti Religious activists, to judge any Religion with?

Because to me, it would appear that there are two kinds Science:

"Pure Science," 
And the self conceived form of, (Judgemental or Opinion Science,) that some of the anti Religious activists, use against any Religion in general?
