Gary Dahl is credited with inventing the
"Pet Rock" back in the 1970s. What a great marketing idea, people all over the world paid a premium for a small painted rock and Dahl became a millionaire overnight.
Here's a great idea for the budding marketing guru.....
"Your Personal God In A Box". All you need to do is have some small cardboard boxes made up with a picture of God (or His Son) on the outside like so...
Each box has a serial number and comes with a booklet containing a heap of scary stories, convoluted myths and the usual gratuitous perverted sex and violence, you could call it "The Bible".
Don't short change yourself, something like this has got to sell for around $100 a pop.
They should sell like hotcakes and you don't have to worry about warranty claims or returns. If a disillusioned customer tries to return his Personal God In A Box complaining that there is nothing inside simply explain that the Personal God is a spirit and you can't see Him, you have to have faith that He is in the box.
If the hapless customer still persists just ask him to prove there is no God in the box, then say how he is and tell him to bugger off.
Won't this be the best thing ever for all the delusional, naive and gullible folk out there?
