When it comes to religious belief, what people believe is really just an accident of geography.
If, for example, you happened to be born in the Middle East you will most likely be a Muslim. If you were born in the USA, you would probably be a Christian. Similarly, you would be a Hindu having been born in India.
This sounds quite incongruous since, at last count, there are 30,000 known religions and each proclaiming to worship the only true God and that their religion is the only pathway to eternal bliss.
The earliest known religion is the "Dreamtime", going back some 40,000 years and still followed by Australian Aboriginals.
Surely the Abos have more right than any other religion to claim theirs as being the original and only true religion and that all other subsequent religions and Gods are copies or fakes.
So, wouldn't it make sense that, if you are say, a Christian or a Muslim, you had better throw away your Bibles or Qurans, pick up a boomerang and start dancing around a fire?
Otherwise, guess where you are going to end up? In the fire.
