Was Mary Wilfully Impregnated?

Or, conversely, was Mary raped?
The popular Christian myth has depicts a married virgin woman being impregnated by God then gave birth to Jesus.

Now, I (nor any other new age, caring, intelligent person) couldn't give a toss whether or not the deed was done by the ultimate boss who answers to nobody but himself. 
Okay, I hear you......God was not necessarily physically equipped to carry out the deed; in other words, He did not have a massive di*k that descended from the sky. Nevertheless, would he still not be guilty of sexual assault by whatever means he managed to sow his seed?

The reason I asked is that, surely a married woman (and a virgin at that) is hardly going to consent to be adulterated by her boss for any reason at all and she would take God's command to "lie with Him" as a bluff or a test of her strength and fidelity, therefore she would refuse such an accommodating offer by the said master and ruler of mankind.
