NLP (neurolinguistic programming), and Pop Psychology

I used believe in NLP(neurolinguistic programming) when I
was younger. I thought it was great. I read a lot of the
Hypnotherapist's Paul McKenna's books and listened to his CDs. Now
about Paul McKenna's stuff (and this is just my observation)
what I noticed was a lot of what he used in his books actually came from
other valid sources of psychology and yet at the same time he seemed to
be promoting NLP.
Anyway, I have come to the conclusion that NLP is just another pop psychology piece,
and isn't really an exact science. For one thing, NLP is unfalsifiable;
it cannot be demonstrated to work successfully or not.
If it isn't already then I do think that NLP should be included in this book:
I do recommend this book btw for anyone that wants to be in the know of some of the psychological myths that millions of us still believe in. Having said that, I still have yet to finish it haha.
BTW, just for fun: Without reading on just yet or without thinking about it just say out loud the first fruit that comes to your mind.
