Our Dependency on AI & RPA is Leading Employment or Unemployment?

The dependency of companies is increasing on Artificial Intelligence and bot software. According to the recent study, which is published in BusinessWire claims that more than 66% of companies would spend more on the use and implementation of RPA in their workplaces. Though if we go with surface-level talk, then it sounds perfect that robotic process automation and artificial intelligence tools are helping the businesses. Still, we can't rule out the threat the unemployment. 

However, Forbes calls it a positive threat. Yes, according to this article, either you are afraid of RPA, and AI or not your job is still in peril due to advancement of technology, and you should consider it a positive threat. No doubt, both AI & RPA sources highlights the positive effects of their use on production, efficiency and accuracy. Still, probably many of us are not ready to handle this thread because many of us would need to change our occupations in the upcoming years. Mainly when software bots and robots would perform the duties that we are doing nowadays. Similarly, about 39 million workers can lose their jobs due to automation only in the United States, according to McKinsey & Co. 

In short, in my opinion, where automation and artificial intelligence facilitating us could also lead to unemployment for a large number of workers. No doubt, some jobs could also be created because we would need AI & RPA experts, but I don't think it will meet the rate of unemployed people.
