The zeitgeist of time marches on and with it so do our morals, thoughts and civilisation in general. And, we can see how positive and good it has been for society when we look back at ancient times when people led very primitive and barbaric lives.
* The Truth: So too do the everyday terminologies we use change, hopefully for the better. For example, the word "truth". Eons ago the word was used in the religious context to describe the word of God since, that was considered the established doctrine of the day. Nowadays of course, such use of the word is laughable considering that "the word of God" has been found to be anything but the truth. So, when we use the word "truth", should we not look at the neutral and factual stance of atheism as a pivotal point in determining what is the truth?
* The Reality: Why don't we take back the words "reality" and "experience" which theists tend to do a good job of prostituting. "Different realities", they took to give some sort of hint that "Derrr, well, like of course we can't see God coz he's sorta like in a different reality like them philsofemers talk about, yukeee".
* The Experience: So then theistic airheads hijack the word "experience". How lovely, warm and fuzzy it is to slip that one under the radar to describe one meeting thy creator. So, let's take that word back and substitute it for the correct term, delusion".
* The Relationship: A bit ironical for theists to steal this word since religion has been responsible for destroying more relationships than it has ever claimed to help. But oh, no, let's go one step further to use and abuse the word to describe one's unique and personal relationship with one's creator, even though He somehow magically manages to have relationships with 50 billion other souls. You would have to wonder if the penicillin is actually working. In any case, surely a relationship where one is beholden to a domineering master should be classified as being sadomasochism. So, in the absence of the word "relationship" why don't theists simply cut to the chase and admit to being into BDSM?
So, let's put back the words where they properly belong and have proper meaning, the dictionary. And while we are at it, let's also consider the words "theist" and "atheist". In days of yore when most people were manifestly ignorant and highly superstitious it was the norm to be religious or at least, claim to be religious. Therefore, those not of faith were singled out as atheists. Now the tables have changed and being religious is considered outside the norm. So, why not call atheists "normal" and theists, well, er, "abnormal"?
