State's no longer have the right to govern as their people choose. Every State, every Public school, MUST CONFORM to a big Leftwing Federal colletive. Mandating vaccines would be done to keep people alive. I'm curious what you think is authoritarian about not letting vast numbers of people die horrible, completely unnecessary deaths. In a country where half the population weren't ignorant, there would be no need to mandate people to take something which is going to save their lives.

George W Bush introduced the Patriot Act. It had nothing to do with Joe Biden. As you know full well, George W Bush and his entire administration lied to everybody about 9/11 and the bill he was pushing through. That would make Joe Biden a victim of lies coming from the right.

You are correct. People on the Left always have some excuse why they have the right to tell us how to live. They always say "it's for our own good".

Freedom means we have the right to take risks. We can do dangerous things such as climb mountains, and all manners of dangerous activities.

We have the common sense to not take risks if worried about safety. If we are afraid of getting Covid, we will not go to that baseball game in Texas.
If we are an elderly person with underlying conditions, we will stay away from any family member who may have gone to the game.
This is not rocket science. The authoritarian Left is using Covid to open the door to their radical Government control of the people.

Can you even imagine MLB and corporations telling Georgia how they must carry out their elections? Ask yourself why they would care.
As always, it's about politics. Money and power. The Democrat Party will pass future laws that benefit the MLB and Leftwing Corporations!

What's so amazing with these hypocritical Corporations is that theu have no problem doing business with Communist China, even though this nation is carrying out ethnic cleansing.

So I get it, they will boycott Georgia for wanting voter ID, WHICH MOST AMERICANS WANT, but having no problem doing business with CHINA!

What freedom means is we have a right to perform without cost. We have the liberty to take a risk, the metal basic precedent held in America is safety is a declaration of Independence. In order to form a more perfect union can be applied to the independence of safety.

As far as voting goes what does that mean in the creation of consitutional rights and the legal precedent of voting in the past? How do we form the more perfect union between the governing of the ability to vote and the original requirements that a male must own land to vote? For the sake of discussion, it would fare to ask that we presume that a landowner also had the burden of defending the lands of others as if it was his own. Often the service was in combat if necessary.

We have seen what "states rights" does when it is, well, "abandoned" by the federal government and left on its own. Capitalists take advantage of them. $5000 ventilators become $40,000 units. The states have the "right" to bid on them ... or let their people die. Masks become items for the more wealthy states and those that want to protect their people from neighboring states that don't, shouldn't .... because it's bad for business! States rights MUST be cooperative and the only way that can happen is with a federal government .... of state representatives ... deciding on agreements between the states. That's what makes U.S. the UNITED STATES! (What we USED TO BE!) Trumplicans and far right (are there any who are NOT?), politicians want states to compete against each other to weaken the unity ... divide and conquer! Moscow Mitch, Commie Cruz, Gulag Graham want a totalitarian government ... ONE PARTY ... control ... just like Russia.

The founders wanted a democratic system WITH state rights under a UNITED agreement! Every state going their own way is NOT United ...States. State's rights must, at least, follow federal acceptance and be Constitutional ... be "united".

When you need to expedite the production let's just say because we can make 10,000 + or- units a year for $5,000.00 does not mean you can turn around and make 100,000 units a day for $5,000.00 the costs of manufacturing is directly related to turn around time labor alone can drive a cost up 4x. With labor, you are not talking about just one manufacturing plant either production requires the advanced purpose of supplies as well.

In my lifetime cloth sterilized masks had been the medical masks used by doctors.

A. Trump didn't cause the January 6th riot, he in fact encouraged the protesters to peacefully protest, would a person who is trying to start an insurrection really say that?

B. You call him a Fuehrer? I would call him the opposite, he is the best President of Isreal, the only Jewish State, would a Nazi be so friendly to Jews? I doubt it... Not only that, Trump is far from a socialist by any means and is often outspoken against it, he is also very much not an authoritarian, he's on the liberal side of the spectrum. Not only that, Trump is far from expansionist, and hardly seeks to expand the US's borders through conquest to gain glory for the nation.

It was the last resort of a desperate authoritarian. He figured if he couldn't get what he wanted by abusing the law, he'd simply make up his own law.

By showing strength he meant standing up against what he called fraud and a rigged election, that doesn't mean violence, in fact, many times during the speech he was against violence and urged his supporters to peaceful protest.

Also, please address my argument and full, stop resorting to selective argumentation fallacies, ad hominem, and cherrypicking, and above all else, ignoring the facts.

The house also didn't vote unanimously, hardly so, it was very partisan, 232-197 was the vote.

2: He actually denied reading Hitler's speeches, and he said he would never read it, I don't trust what the wife says because at the time they were separated, so that would mean relations were sour between the two, and she could just lie. Your first misunderstanding is that states HAVE rights..  They DON'T.  They have POWERS..  PEOPLE have rights.  Nonetheless, your question has merit..  And, the Constitution dealt with it in the 10th Amendment..  I know you don't like me quoting the Constitution, but here goes: 

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it, are reserved to the States respectively....."

In other words, the states have ALL the powers the Constitution left out.  What's wrong with ALL??
