@maxx Well I reckon it is just through historical evidence that we can quite confidently say no.  We would certainly know about it if someone say sent the national lottery results back to the past and then win it. People would find out. 

And since there is no evidence for anything like that happening we can rule it out just like there is no evidence that garlic is good for you and nobody has ever got good from it.

Eating a balanced diet is better for you than not eating a balanced diet.

There is plenty of evidence to suggest that garlic would be a beneficial but not vital addition to a balanced diet.

Though as time is simply an intellectual construct relative to material events, it is impossible to replace yesterdays garlic with oregano.

In this context the word "good" is a bit woolly.
