Wow! You denied abortion was even in the Bible until I mentioned it now you a have a debate topic about it

Gods followers normally deny abortion is in the Bible as most are totally ignorant of its contents , when it’s pointed out to them they suddenly remember what the verses actually mean and the “out of context “ argument is used

Slavery they claim is actually an employment contract agreed upon with a “master “ and is actually a great good as no other options were available to the poor

They also never mention god telling Moses to slaughter all the males of a tribe but you may keep the women for yourself , we don’t need a picture painted as to what would become of them

The Bible clearly states slaves are your property for life and may be inherited by your children , it also states gods chosen people are never to be treated this way , the Bible clearly gives instructions on the buying and selling of slaves including ones own daughters and how one may beat his property .

When is owning one as “property “ ever right?  Apologists say “well that’s all Old Testament “ which seems to strongly suggest the morality of god changes from old to New Testament  which again they cannot defend also Jesus in the New Testament strongly approves of slavery and saw nothing immoral about owning others as property

God totally approves of both it’s his followers who make excuses for their god as most are too ashamed to admit they worship an evil monster

Hey @Dee I am coming here to ask you a few questions to ask you about this topic.

    Great , welcome

What is your sources for this argument?

    The Bible

Where in the Bible does it talk about abortion?

You claim to be a Christian yet are totally unaware of these verses , really?  The verses are listed by the OP in the heading did you even read it?

Where in the Bible does it say that God approves of abortion, and Slavery?

Wow! You again claim to be a Christian yet are totally unaware of these verses? You’re yet another Christian who’s never read a Bible why’s that?

And Lastly What is your faith and Beliefs?

I don’t have a “faith” and beliefs I have many and have good reasons to hold them
