Or, more to the point, why are Christians Irish?
Consider the facts.......there are 10,000 Gods being worshipped around the world and, let's face it, theists don't "choose" their religion. What religion one follows is purely determined geographically.
OK, so we accept that each religion is really worshipping the same God so the usual atheist line of having 1 chance in 10,000 of getting to heaven becomes redundant, right?
Wrong.
That is, wrong in the case of Christians who vehemently proclaim that the only way to God is through Jesus Christ.
So, what happens after praying through Christ all one's life only to find that one chose the wrong religion? God ain't going to like the fact that one idolized a hippie charlatan who claimed to be His son, is He?
Judaism and just about all the other religions pray directly to God, therefore their chances of an afterlife of bliss would be 9,999 out of 10,000.
Looks like Christians are deliberately reducing their chances of going to Heaven by following this Christ character.
How Irish can one get?
