If I accidentally stepped on the gas instead of the brake, and plowed into some people, I'd absolutely be charged with manslaughter..   Indeed, manslaughter is the crime of killing a human being without malice aforethought.  Is that not the circumstance here?

We know that people can and do make mistakes. She did kill someone.

So, I don't know.
Id have to listen to all of the testimony.

She's Supposed to be a professional, she is responsible for her actions! I was responsible for my mistakes.....that's why I never made one...... !
