In the past, if was common for people to settle disputes by having a duel, often they would meet at a certain place at a certain time, both walk an agreed upon number of steps away from each other, and then both fire their guns and see who has the best aim and/or fastest reflexes, now days, (in the country I live in at least) this is illegal, I don't think it should be, if consenting adults agree to engage in a duel, knowing the risks and being ok with them, why should they be stopped? It's their lives, if they want to kill each that's their problem. As long as everyone involved is doing so voluntarily, and precautions are made to ensure that no unrelated people or their property will be harmed, they should be allowed to engage in their duel.
