All this new spiel about genders and pronouns is nonsense

Recently, our culture has turned into a lot of talk of pronouns and identity, and pardon my bluntness, but it’s honestly all self centered nonsense. I’m all for figuring out who you are and learning about yourself, but this is taking it too far. You can act however you want and dress however you want, that’s totally fine, you’re your own person, but no matter what, you’re still whatever gender you were born. If you don’t like that then you should learn to deal with it, that’s life. It’s totally normal to feel weird about who you are, that happens to everyone, so you shouldn’t immediately change yourself to make it make comfortable. And don’t even get me started on gender affirming surgery, I don’t care what doctors tell you, it ruins your body. But even if you do try to change your gender, you shouldn’t make other people then have to comply by your rules. People are even teaching it in school, and it’s not even educational. It’s all just very annoying, how this is what our society has become.
