Argument Topic: It is hypocritical to eject Santos and keep Biden

George Santos lied about his qualifications.  That is wrong.  If however, you think that disqualifies him from the seat that he won in a legal election, then know that Biden has lied and fabricated much more than Santos.  Biden, as a student at Syracuse Law School in 1965,  plagiarized 5-pages from a law review journal "without quotation or attribution".  That means that Biden should have been kicked out of law school.  During his failed 1988 presidential campaign, Biden plagiarized from speeches by British politician Neil Kinnock, Robert Kennedy, and President JohnAs F. Kennedy  As president, Joe Biden, lied about the time when he  became vice president, at the behest of his father, he gave his uncle, Frank H. Biden, a Purple Heart for serving in the U.S. military during World War II.  Biden lied when he said  he has been to “Afghanistan, Iraq and those areas” twice as president.  Biden lied about his Civil rights credentials when he said as a youth, “I got arrested” protesting for civil rights..  As president, Biden lied about his job history when he claimed “I used to drive a tractor trailer … I only did it for part of a summer.”  Biden lied about his knowledge of Hunter Biden's business dealings with a foreign energy company - this is a very troubling lie, in that not only did Biden know, but testimony from business associates says Biden was paid, and Biden did not report that money.

If by whataboutism you mean I am pointing out the hypocrisy of those who demand Santos removal but ignore Biden's plagiarism and lying about his involvement in an unethical business transaction with a Chinese energy company, then feel free to call it whataboutism.  It is a valid observation.

Yeah, let's talk about the corrupt Senator who took the train to work for 40 years.

The problem we've got here, is we KNOW, absolutely, that Santos lied.  But the evidence about Joe Biden is much less certain.  It stems from a laptop that gathered dust in a repair shop before the owner handed it to Rudy Giuliani.  And, we KNOW that Giuliani can be trusted, amirit??

By the way, in terms of using the dusty laptop as evidence against Biden, you should familiarize yourself with the legal phrase, chain of custody.   In legal parlance, it's the chronological documentation that records the sequence of custody, control, transfer, analysis, and disposition of the item.  That means we KNOW, absolutely, who had their hands on it, when, and for how long.

But, the laptop??  Not so much..  The Chinese COULD have tinkered with it, and we'd NEVER know.  So could have the Russians, or the Turks, for that matter..  We just don't KNOW.  Now, I'm not saying they did, but they certainly COULD have, and given the opportunity to do so, they certainly WOULD have, thereby obliterating the chain of custody.

Was it a legal election?
Lying as a voter on a voting ballot is a crime of perjury it is simply left as a presumtion of innocence the ballot is an offical legal document.
By the way the issue ceated by the ellected canidates is two fold the whole truth here is that the issue is a milestone around the neck of Democracy...
