Should we ban parties next door?

This is going to be a real contencious debate because I reckon its going to open up cans of worms. For example we have immigrants next door and they play the wiredest music you ever heard. I work real hard and have to get up real early to start work so I remember one night I went over and banged on there door and when I looked in I was real surprised because they weren't cranking up the sub at all what they were doing was they were all sitting on a big rug and playing a heap of bongo drums. But when you get talking to them they were all right and they were feeding me a heap of real delicious jungle food. So I said okay if you guys stop the bongos I will bring you home a heap of chicken that you can cook up with all your spices then we can all have fun.
