when  any criticism of Israel is put forward it suddenly becomes hate speech.

I know. It's completely ridiculous. 

Israel is a country which has been cited by every credible human rights organisation for crimes against humanity and Americans on here like Korngold , Excon , MineSubcrafted take delight ( as admitted) by watching Palestine being bombed.

Reading their posts often makes me gawk in disbelief. I just don't understand how people can so casually turn factual reality upside down.

It's like conversing with backward children. How can you even reason with people who believe the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki was entirely justified ? Or that guns are not a problem in the US?

Yup. America has become a propaganda state where public opinion is meticulously shaped through the continuous repetition of mythology and the power of narrative. Public relations has effectively become a science where they can not only make you believe whatever they want, but can actually fool you into believing it was your idea in the first place.

John Cleese put it very well " people have no idea how they are " and they never will  because they haven't devoted an ability to do so.
