I think most people would be willing to get themselves arrested if it was to fight for social change. Heck, I would even be willing to sacrifice my life.

People will fight over the material a noose is made of before being hanged. Social change doesnt exist. More like all holds bar who ever is the last one standing at the end of a cage match wins. 

Society has never been so confused as we see today. It is why America leans in favor of war to spread some kind of patrionism among its happy population of backstabbers and traitors trying to over throw government over a zionist video they watched on youtube.

Then the social change you'd fight over must be pretty damn important. It's all well and good to make sacrifices for the greater good, there are a lot of things you should certainly be willing to get arrested for, but if you're going to give your life, you better be doing something very big, for something of extreme importance.
