I have very little worth saying on the matter.

My predicttion is that Joe Biden will either be in jail or if he manages to wriggle out of a charge of treason and racketeering, the democrat elders will instruct Joe's wife to tell him that he can't run for President again.      Don't ask me who will replace him, the democrat party today sems to be completely infested with crazies.

Trump will probably win the republican Presidential nomination, although there is a lot of talent on the Republican side.      Personally, I hope Trump does not run for President again as like Biden he is getting too old for it, and I opose his opposition to the Ukraine war.     I want Ukraine to win,      Hopefully, it may be Ron Desantis or Jim Jordon who will be nominated for the Republican candidate, and the new republican Presidnet can start cleaning out the Deep State bureacrats in the CIA, the FBI, and the US Justice Department who are undermining US democracy and influencing election results.
  • @anarchist100

I predict the United States of America will be without a President yet again throughout a term of Executive Officer. Good thing the whole legal precedent had been trivialized by civil lawsuits, otherwise it may appear as though a political united state is incapable of acting as creator of a state of the Constitutional union.

Do you feel it is illegal to hold a person right even if it is against their will?

    Argument Topic: Unfit

Ron DeSantis and Jim Jordan are two of the most prominent Republican politicians in the United States. Both men are seen as potential candidates for president in 2024. However, there are a number of reasons why they are unfit to be president.

DeSantis is a far-right ideologue who has shown a disregard for democracy and the rule of law. He has cracked down on protests, restricted voting rights, and attacked the independence of the judiciary. He has also downplayed the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic and resisted efforts to mitigate its spread.

Jordan is a conspiracy theorist who has spread lies about the 2020 election. He has also been accused of enabling sexual abuse by former Ohio State University doctor Richard Strauss.

Both DeSantis and Jordan are unfit to be president because they lack the temperament, judgment, and character to lead the country. They are also dangerous to democracy and the rule of law.

Here are some specific examples of why DeSantis and Jordan are unfit to be president:

    • DeSantis has cracked down on protests in Florida, including peaceful protests against police brutality. He has also signed legislation that makes it harder for people to vote, and he has attacked the independence of the judiciary.
    • Jordan has spread lies about the 2020 election, including the false claim that it was stolen from Donald Trump. He has also been accused of enabling sexual abuse by former Ohio State University doctor Richard Strauss.

These are just a few examples of why DeSantis and Jordan are unfit to be president. They are both dangerous to democracy and the rule of law, and they lack the temperament, judgment, and character to lead the country.

    Argument Topic: "Deep State" Bullsh*t

The idea of a deep state conspiracy holds no factual basis and lacks sound evidence

Firstly, the concept of a deep state is murky and lacks clear definition or empirical evidence to substantiate it. The term "deep state" describes a purported group of powerful individuals, primarily within the government or intelligence services, who are believed to control the government's decision-making processes from behind the scenes. However, there is insufficient evidence to prove the existence of such a group, nor is there any consensus on who might be a part of it.

Secondly, the idea of a deep state is often used as a catch-all explanation for events that some people might think are abnormal or contrary to their interests. The concept is often brought up in conspiracy theories, which tend to be formed from incomplete or biased information and often rely on logical fallacies or misinformation to make their case.

Thirdly, the government's decision-making processes are complex and involve numerous checks and balances, including legal regulations, transparency policies, and democratic processes such as elections and media scrutiny. These systems are in place to prevent any group from holding undue influence over the government, and there is little evidence to suggest such systems have somehow failed, or to support the idea of a deep state.

Finally, the idea of deep state conspiracy often overlooks the role of individual agency and human error. In reality, most events are the result of a mixture of factors, including economic, social, and political variables, and any outcome can be attributed to many different causes, rather than one overarching conspiracy theory.

Therefore, there is no conclusive evidence to support the idea of a deep state conspiracy. While there may be concerns about the role of government or the intelligence services, societal conversations need to be grounded in evidence and objective analysis rather than sensationalism or rumors.

All that is missing is if a common defense towards a general welfare having been presented and the potential for those topics being grounds for adoption of the Title President of the United States of America is potentially there. JulesKorngold you are trying to build a democracy around the ability to vote in a republic. You become part of the deep state as this process is to be viewed as political bribe as legislators are to give favor or prizes for votes to the public. The more perfect state of the Union in this matter was to simple base voting on the legal grounds of taxation allowing a greater number of voters to participate at different levels of their own governing.

The denial of truth in the form of perjury held against the political voter and the use of Executive orders to hold malpractice of law is very damming evidence in not only the size of imperfections created by legal seriousness of those imperfections. As for demcracy a republic held democray created by Consitutional right is far greater in size and much better at holding a state of the union of general wlefare and tranquility. Just look at the American Consitutional right which holds all woman as equal before its Principles of right, "Presadera." A person, one person, what can be seen as a unelected President has single handedly acted as Consitutional creator of right and formed a state of then union larger then the idea any dencratic plus voting has established in the many years it has wrongfully been claimed as a superpower of the people. With little or no cost as a freedom.

disregard for democracy and the rule of law

The whole truth here is in regards of American republic and the Order of Law and Justice as a Preamble states in the union of established Justice. Please get you facts straight and in the proper order.

    Executive orders are not law........
When legislation is reliant on Executive order and not fact and truth the orders of a superior can be challenged and dismissed meaning refused, disregarded, the person issuing the orders may even become relieved of command, and has no relevance to law. It is for this reason the Oval Office and House have the added legal action of Impeachment. Democracy has confused Executive orders with the possibilities of Executive written immunity from prosecution of law.

Nice try but a constitution based on law for the writing of law is no better than law, based on law, based on law. A connection to established justice may never be met as the only goal placed in writing as full disclosure is to expand law beyond human understanding.

We’re not trying to buy a political grade: we the people of the United States are in a contest to establish a series of the best perfect connection to Preamble.

No Desantis didnt crackdown on peaceful protests.

"The proposed law would include minimum six-month jail terms for anyone found guilty of throwing an object at law officers. It would also define as felonies blocking roadways, taking down monuments, or harassing people in public.

Seven or more people “involved in an assembly [that causes] damage to property or injury to other persons” would be guilty of a felony as well"

    None of that is peaceful.

What voting law do you disagree with.  Its easy just to state "its making voting harder" but even an ID does that. What specifically is wrong.

There is no such thing as a peaceful “protest” where in truth there are such things as peaceful vigil. A permit is issued to demonstrate the ability of a group wishing to meet as an assembly. It appears people have never been instructed that they are to make the most perfect connection to established justice with the words they chose to write and speak. We can go on to say that by breaking the state of the union held in the 1st Amendment between freedom of religion and the freedoms of speech & press the motive was to leave the legislation open to civil rights violations that are created as entrapments of law. This leading to arguments that national debt is in fact inaccurate and strongly influenced by a malpractice of law. Do not confuse Malpractice of a licensed state practice with idea of deep state. Where one does sound much less plausible than the other a licensed malpractice of law is highly likely and is bound to the principles currently used for voter selection.

: the act of keeping awake at times when sleep is customary
also : a period of wakefulness
    Vigil Definition & Meaning - Merriam-Webster

: a complaint, objection, or display of unwillingness usually to an idea or a course of action
    Protest Definition & Meaning - Merriam-Webster
The argument of United States Constitutional right being made by either President or Presadera being that a mistake has been made in calling a vigil a protest y the person or people forming a peaceful esembly.
