    I don’t belive that Texas would be admeocratic State, because it is very republican. Most likely, Ted Cruz would win the senate seat for Texas against a democratic candidate.
  • It's a bit hard to tell. I am from Texas myself. And I am prepared to vote from overseas. From the amount of people I know and what I hear, at least where I was in Texas, people don't really seem to like politics in general. Ya know how they say Trump won electoral college, yet, Clinton won the popular vote? I say to that, so what? The majority of Americans? THE VAST majority of Americans? They did not vote. At all. I think Texas is no different. It could lean either way, but I think at most right now, Texas is on the path, at the VERY most, to become PURPLE. A reddish purple. Sloooowly, becoming a bit more blue. Maybe. I haven't been back in a year iand a half, but it seems maybe that there hasn't been much change. So, as much as I wouldn't be surprised for Dems to do better than ever in Texas, I am not expecting too big of a win. It's possible, but would be quite difficult.

    @SlanderIsNotDebate1995

    While technially true a lot of Americans are not eligible to vote (Children, etc). The majority of eligible voters did vote however, even if not a vast majority.

  • @Ampersand I disagree. And I need proof in your argument. Here is mine:
    http://brilliantmaps.com/did-not-vote/
    https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2017/jan/18/american-non-voters-election-donald-trump

    And if anyone says this too left leaning of sources, I will direct you to Ben Shapiro, NO DOUBT, a conservative that says the same thing. I do not think either Clinton or Trump impressed America. I think we should have had better choices. Often, it seemed a vote for one was more because it was a vote against the other, rather than for them.
