Shouldn't necrophilia be legalized?

Why should necrophilia be illegal? Are necrophiliacs not humans? Imagine if you for example are necrophiliac, now just for a moment imagine that in your full lifetime you never ever got satisfied just because most people considered it to be a disgusting act and it is a punishable offence? How would you feel? I mean to say it shouldn't be illegal just because it is disgusting, that should not be the criteria for making stuff illegal! 

Now imagine you are an alien species who reproduces in a different manner from human beings, now just for a moment imagine we are living a huge galactic community where the aliens (about 99.99999% of the population of the galaxy) find human sex disgusting and decided to make sex illegal in the galaxy under some galactic law. 
Now tell me do you think it is fair? No, because it prevents satisfaction of all human beings eventhough they are a minority. 

Now parallel the 2nd example with the life of necrophiliacs who have been told it is illegal for themselves to ever satisfy themselves because 99.999999% of the population of the earth's population said it was gross and therefore decided that it should be illegal. Well? Do you comprehend me yet or have I not made myself clear ?

If you say the dead people's families would feel disrespected I suggest you could keep the actions anonymous and since no one knows what happened the information couldn't really ever spread meaning the dead people's families would never know or feel bad. Okay, enough said. A long read, probably too long. I better stop now.
