Bible vs Broomsticks?

Prior to 1776, governments would go out hunting witches and hanging them. The Salem trials and an era of sorcery existed before. Why? I could only speculate. But to say witches were hanged just because religion is vague. Black Magic must of shocked those who witnessed it and to some extent believe magic was something you can truely do. After 1776 most governments stopped hunting down witches and left those times behind. Today, sorcery and black magic or witches are something mythical you see in movies, halloween, or entertaining to see. Many consider it fake, many dont. Millions of folks in history wouldnt consider it fake either. Lack of education? or did they only need eyes and ears to accept it?. Whatever it was died down or no longer considered a threat. To those living in area populations of wealth and great neighborhoods will find it easy to believe witches and magic just like religion and the supernatural are not real and laughable to think. Other populations in areas of poverty, crime, or more suburban environments may be more easily convinced to believe witches and magic are real. Many of them might have stories not validated and some have had experiences. Grown adults owning businesses of the trade promising rituals to better your love and money. Grown adults who believe it to be real. 
  In Denmark the whitehouse was built and thought to be used today as a strong source to practice magic. In Mali a guy named Sisoouko managed to spend millions upon millions from banks and people claiming he can do black magic and double money. In one court hearing a judge was surprised to see many high ranking officials supporting him even a Senator. Paid off or was it a ritual?. Sissouku has not spent one day in jail for the millions he stole. During Trumps presidency thousands of witches gathered to cast a spell on Trump to stop him from doing harm to America or the world. Soon after, Trumps tower was facing bankruptcy, his plans with the federal post office failed, he was banned from twitter, he lost the re election, he was over tanned by a tanning machine, and failed in his executive powers to pass laws that never became.


Is the world or should the world not regard black magic attacks or practices to favor political ambitions or the black magic attacks on public officials important. Should we be safe if we disregard this alternative weapon to gain political progress via sorcery?. What is your opinion on black magic and government progress.
