Can Theists Argue?

I have to say I think you guys are really lucky because when you think about every human being he's ever existed, you've managed to dodge a bullet and not be a theist. That's got to be some sort of like DNA mutation? I mean how can every single person that's ever been a theist have a mental illness or brain issue and you guys not? It would be a miracle if it wasn't for the fact that miracles are religious. And again not all theists are in a religion that has a book. But I know that we're still brain damage so it's okay. I just think if you're going to insult people you should do it correctly.

I suspect you're right and theists can't argue objectively. Especially if their faith is of the Abrahamic god. The promise of rewards in heaven and the threats of hell keep them at bay seeking confirmation rather than the accumulation of knowledge.

Theists in general come in all shapes and forms, just like non-theists. I have had Christian, Muslim, Judaist, Buddhist and Hindu friends who could make decent arguments for their religions: they would never be epistemologically sensible, but they were fun to talk to and those conversations made me smarter. Conversely, I have talked to non-theists who made no sense whatsoever when talking about religion. The OP is one of them. His arguments against religion have often been as bad or even worse than most apologists' arguments for religion. One argument I remember well was that only positive claims need to be proven and not negative claims - which is nonsensical, since every negative claim can be framed as a positive claim (for example, "God does not exist" is the same as "We live in a world in which there is no god", the latter being a positive statement).

I think you’re talking about the real hard core religious people there who rant on about their religion. The problem is that when it comes to God every thing they say about it makes no sense at all. 

So I agree with @polytheistwitch that religion only makes sense only to those who follow it and in the end they know it’s a heap of crap and they know it. It’s just that they feel good about making themselves believe it.

Just believe cause you do? I would have to run from facts truth and reality and choose to wallow in stupidity and ignorance over what is right and real. Wouldn't I?

Then why are you a theist dreg in our society? Look at your own pride wanting god to give the command to kill those smarter than you. Just cause they're grounded in reason and reality and you need fairytales to ease your insecurities. You agree with hitler and your god in justifying genocide for stoopid reasons like "Wah, they didn't worship me!"

He commands you solidify your faith with works as if you don't your faith is dead and you go to hell. The works it commands are as follows... submit, accept and believe blindly. That's what you do so you lied, he commands your faith. A faith you lie for isn't a faith worth having.

The "work" of the born again Christian is not salvation-conditioned but a resultant of salvation by faith which validates one's faith as true and legitimate.

So you lack validation as you disobey the holy spirit and hate your enemies. You're hubris gives you away as you ignorantly respond with glee that people would suffer forever for not believing in a psychotic genocidal murderer as god.
