science [ˈsʌɪəns] NOUN the intellectual and practical activity encompassing the systematic study of the structure and behaviour of the physical and natural world through observation and experiment.
If we take a look at what science has done for us we can see that it is the one and only yardstick by which we universally measure the behaviour and structure of the world. Science is pure, it is irrefutable, the rules are set in concrete, it defines what is and dismisses what isn't no matter how we try to refute or deny it. Science overturns speculative and supernatural assertions. Science is honest, correct and transcends all cultural, nationality and racial differences. It can never be changed, for as long as the universe exists, it will always be the same. It is complex, challenging yet blatantly revealing and mankind has always depended upon it.
So, why is it that theists have an unenviable reputation for shunning science as though it never exists?
