Black chickens cause problems to economy why is that?

Where I work we knock off thousands of chickens and were thinking of doing whites only policey because when you lokk at it what happens when all the live chickens come to the plant they are tipped on to the convayer belt and some times some of them fall off on to the floor so you pick them up and throw them back on to the convayer belt then they get knocked off and pro sessed. But with the white chickens its no problem because you can see them but if the cickens are black then more offen than not you dont see them and they just run a round the place till they die by them selves and then you have to find out where the smell is coming from then you have to diss affect the hole area and this all takes a lot of time and trouble and also you loose the blacks any way. So why bother about having this discussion because its not that I hate the black ones its just that you have to lokk at how this is all in packing society and be a wear of what these black chickens are doing by dragging down the ecomony so should we be concerned.
