It is very hard to change people's minds. And you very likely won't.
I like to think I do change some people's minds although it is hard to judge. But does that mean we should let these nit-wits off the hook and let them smugly think what they are doing is in any way right? I don't think so. If everything they were to be nice, la-de-da and they tell lovely moralistic fairy tales then why would we need to let them know? The stark reality is that these people hold onto gruesome morbid thoughts full of jealousy, lying and deceit. Their faith harbours and indeed promotes their ignorant, arrogant weaknesses of hatred towards others, especially minority groups. They have a high rate of family polarisation and instability and their IQs are lower than normal people. That's for starters and, when the last remnant of any religious nonsense has finally dried up and blown away as dust I will be satisfied.
