Should A Person Be Permitted To Lie About Being Jewish?

Let's say someone who objectively isn't Jewish pretends to be in order to elicit social benefits and/or protected status as a result of falsely associating themselves with the past suffering of others. 

Would that person be an opportunistic lowlife scumbag?

Let's say this same person accused everybody who exposed him of being an anti-Semite. Would that make him more or less of a lowlife scumbag in your opinion?

    @Nomenclature So you know some body who did that then did you because in realty people do that so that they can feel like they get sympathy from others but in realty they dont . But your got to take in to a count just how much yid those people have in them because they can only go back 2nd generation. For example it would be a bit rich if Woopi Goldberg tried to do that sort of thing but shes about as bar code as a bacon bagel. And any way yes those people are low lives but there are some people who just cant help them selves from taking the advantage off of the miss fortune off of others.
