Should there be a maximum speed limit sign that people can set for highways?

I think that we should focus on trying to get gas cars off the highway to try to tackle climate change, so no, we should not have a maximum speed limit sign.

I realize that in your own mind you must think that that is a totally cool thing to think about and it really stretches everyones intellect in meating the challenge of providing an intelligent answer.
