Can Time and Pi be synchronized?

In the older days you had to do that sort of thing and you can see that evidence on old spy movies when 2 spies would synchronize there watches for when the bomb goes off. But nower days you dont need to do that because every where you go you get the exact time right down to the milly second. 

Whats interesting is that James Bond used a Rolex and even though they are well made and bullet proof they are mechanical and not as accurate as your iPhone. 

Then there are some people who go to the exstream end of the humanity scale and buy exstreamly cheap trash illegal fake watches from shadey sites like Temu. And then it brakes down or doesnt work at all so they give you back your 2 bucks and tell you to donate it to a charity store. Then some down and outer street guy comes in and buys it for 4 bucks which is all the money he has in the world. Then when he goes to the soup kitchen its closed because his watch didnt work. So he end up dying a slow agonizing death from starvation and from blood poisoning from the cheap toxic stuff in thw crap watch bracelet.

I know thats an exstream case of messing with time but it just goes to show that when you cut corners and do cheap skate things then other people will suffer to.

A lunatic on  here called Barndoor admitted to all on here that the Chinese made superior stuff then spent 4 months telling all he hates Chinese products.

This Barndoor guy states Pakistani make Nike goods are far superior or Hermes phone cases made in  Congo  and only costing 600 - 700 dollars each are absolute killer products and worth every cent .......

Where is the synchronization process, I could not find it’s explanation in the link about GPS? 
The process uses time but does not synchronize time with Pi. It does specifically mention it uses an additional 4th clock to average out the differences between the clocks in triangulation. You are saying time has been synchronized with Pi already?

Yes, the clocks are synchronized with each other. Can a time and Pi be synchronized though they both demonstrate the circumference of a circle?
