Well even thats not quiet right really because when you think about it how many spazos are born every day? There not equal to normal babies.
And then you get babies that are technically born equal to normal babies but 2 seconds after they were born they hardly get any food and as soon as they cry there father starts beeting the crap out of them and they dont get any education. 
When it comes to black and white babies and we look at the same playing field. For example a black kid and a white kid born in the same society with descent parents and the same opportunities you would have to say they are equal.
But then along comes people like @Bogan who tread the black kids in to the ground and treat them like crap. Then he says see what I mean There not equal.

Well even thats not quiet right.

It is a United States Constitutional right to say all men are created equal by their creator, it is not a criminal law in any way , shape or form describing a wrong as governing of the people. The Title President of the United States of America being that creator of all men. How does the United States Constitutional Right separate a boy from a man. You are missing the point of having a law which uses " right " and not " crime " to direct a form of governing over the people. All men become and are held equal when they defend, preserve, and protect the United States Constitutional Right and are separated from international criminal law including English Parliament ‘s criminal laws. Why are they all equal at one time as self-evident truth, men are not subject to criminal accusation dividing men into two groups innocent and presumed innocent. The equality in the United States Constitution can only be described in one way making it only possible for a woman to be held as created equal to all women by their creator as Presadera of the United States of America. It doesn't have to be that title, but it cannot be the title of President. It is not about the sex of a women, her state of female it is about her equality with all other women as a perfect connection to “right” without any use of crime. Period.

A right describes how to be right as a law not how to be wrong as a crime. The race or color of the skin and education are not worded as condition of right All men are created equal by their creator, by the Title of filed grievance presdient of the United States of America even if that man cannot be vote into the Oval office, or is banned from ever being voted into the oval office by impeachment. By United State Constitutional Right impeachment is not a criminal charge it is a relief of command. You are not presumed innocent of a impeachment until trial crimes are not brought up at all only misconduct unfitting an officer is used to relieve a man of command as Presdient of the United States of America. The relief of command can be perimate and is the reason why there had been no criminal federal laws or term limitations for a Presdient of the United States of America at the beginins of America and its Declaration of Independence.

Not that the change that has taken in limitations that are in place has to end as it is a search for the more perfect state of the union with established justice, there is not cause as common defense given to keep all women as being held equal as they are now to serving the United States Constitutional Right. They are described as separated form English criminal law by the title of Presadera it is a United States Constitutional Right that had not been given, it is not a crime to be a Presadera for any women and it is impossible for a man to be Presadera. The only issue is the filed grievance title is not ratified as part of the American United States Constitution and that is simply a formality to be resolved over time. In doing this I am fulfilling an obligation assigned by the American pledge of allegiance. With a GOD describe as a non-religious entity as numerical axiom to act as blueprint for the creation of constitutional right.
