No.   The recent High Court ruling made abortion a State matter, not a Federal one.    In state elections for state representatives, abortion could be a big issue affecting voting and would favour the Democrats.    But not in a Federal election, although the fake news media will try to slant it that way.

I agree..  Abortion is a terrible terrible thing.  However, forcing women to carry their baby to term is worse.
