Is This a Religious War?

Its so easy to be Islamophobic or anti semetic and slag off the other side for being the worst religion there is. But if we really get to the root cause of whats going on over there then surely the conflict is about some thing different.
Isnt it all about extremism and nothing less? Muslims are peaceful people and so are the Jewish. But who is the war between?
Isnt it is between extremists who use there religion as no more but inspiration to motivate them. Hamas is an extremist group who happen to mis use there religion and make no make no mistake the government of Israel is backed by far right extremists. Netin Yahoo only came back in to power when he managed to get a heap of extreme politicians on his side And now they are going over board and mis using there religion.
