Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: And he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.
I mean, considering the bible narrative for creation and all is erroneous, should they not proselytize?

No, Elohim created the plant life on Day-3 and photosynthesis was readily available on Day-1 as the Great Light and the Lesser Light were created on Day-1 and given their function and purpose on Day-4.

And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.
16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.
17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.

Christians tend to not follow this advice, constantly making very strong claims about things based on very scarce evidence. Interestingly, scientists follow this direction much closer, where by default they assume every hypothesis to be false, and they have to go far out of their way to demonstrate otherwise before they even consider a hypothesis "plausible".
My personal take is, this is a terrible advice. There definitely are cases where you want to err on the safe side: when you cannot calculate the projected trajectory of a rocket to the lunar orbit with 1% precision, you better not launch it, as even a small error will render the mission failed. In most cases, however, I am inclined to follow the "Better beg forgiveness than ask permission" advice. Life is about exploration, and exploration requires taking risks. You are going to take action with unclear outcome, sometimes with high probability of highly negative outcome - and that is the only way to get anywhere in life.
If there is a dream job for you, but the competition for it is 10,000 to 1, then you better be sure that you apply for it. Sure, you risk investing a lot of time into this and getting nowhere - but even if you get nowhere, you will learn a lot in the process. Plus you will condition yourself to go after your dreams no matter how unlikely success is, a habit which will serve you well in life. The only way to get absolutely nothing out of this opportunity is to do nothing.
There is some evidence that these things are biologically preconditioned: some people are just physiologically predisposed to higher risk-taking than others. Some people are intrinsically uncomfortable with even small degrees of risk and are inclined to play it extremely safe, valuing tiny incremental gains over massive gains at the expense of possibility of massive losses - others are willing to risk losing everything if it means that they may get a lot in the process, and they trust themselves to figure things out even if they do lose everything.
But even if so, I do not think that anyone is going to lose by learning to take more risks.
Christianity appears to me to be a religion for those who want to play it extremely safe and to follow a strict moral code. You basically build your entire life around the idea of following the Commandments and making as few mistakes ("sins") as possible. Perhaps that works temperamentally for some people, but as a general advice it is awful.

1 In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.
3 And God said, >>>“Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 And God saw that the light was good. And God separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And there was evening and there was morning, the first day.
........ The Sun is the focus for "Day" and the Moon for "Night"...these were present on Day-1 as were the stars yet Elohim explains their reasoning and purpose on Day-4.

Odd, most people speaking of their education say they mastered in something specific. They don't usually ramble a couple things and claim it was all "it's all bunk when those secular professors try to justify the idiocy of secular humanism and their progressive worldview." Your book teaches you to lie at every corner.
